Home page is the main point for you to navigate across eLuminar Childcare Software
What you can do it here:
Dashboard
In one single view you see your children's roster by statuses:
Total: Show total of children
Active: Show total of active children.
Waitlist: Show total of children on waitlist.
Enrolled: Show total of children enrolled in your childcare with start date in the future. Example: Children was enrolled on May,1st 2022 and the starting date agreed with parents will be on July,1st 2022. Status will be updated to ACTIVE by eLUminar only on July,1st 2022.
Pending: List of all new families contact that enrollment process still in progress. In this case, status should be updated by you as soon as you have completed the enrollment process.
On Leaving: All children that you have got a notice date by the parents. In this case, children status is considered ACTIVE until notice date. Let's say a parent gave you a notice date 30 days in advance, it means the system will consider children status as ACTIVE until there.
Infants: Children's age less than 23 months old.
Toddlers: Children's age greater than or equal to 24 months old.
You can use Dashboard Statuses as a filter to see your Children's Roster. Let's say you want to see only your list of toddlers. Just click on dashboard Toddlers button and the filter will be applied automatically and you see children's roster refresh data. The same will happen with all other dashboard status button.
Children's Roster
Show the list of children records in alphabetic order.
In case you want to navigate to Children Records Page, just click Go button on the right side of the page on the children record you would like to see more info.
Become Toddler Information: If you have a family home childcare you must have a limit capacity and also you must follow the license rules of number of toddlers and infants that you can care daily.
This information is usefull for you to know when an infant will become toddler and then you can work with your waitlist or enrollment in progress to control the number of infants and toddlers in your care.
Menu
You can navigate through the eLuminar Childcare by clicking on the Menu Option on top of the page.
Each one of the menu options when clicked on will show a submenu options.
Header
If you want to see all notifications/alerts/messages sent by parents to you click on the Ring Bell Icon on the top of the page
Top Menu: Click on the blue list icon on the top right corner, right next to ring bell icon.
Navigation Options:
Language: Change you language and then all system will be translated to specified language.
Calendar: Access your childcare Calendar
Coming Birthdays
If you want to see the list of children's cming birthdays, click button Birthdays and a popup screen will show it to you:
License Tasks
To see a list of license safety & security tasks for updating, just click on License Tasks button
Updating License Tasks
Click Update button on the tasks you wish update it and then enter the following information to complete the task:
Enter task executed date
Status: Reviewed, Completed, Approved, Cancelled
Notes: ENter any notes you must think it was important in this task.
Click Save button to update the information.
