You must define a specific date for review/renew/complete/check your parameters and then how often you should do it.
Example:
Smoke Detectors review will occurs on May, 1st, 2023 and next review will be one year later.

Allow Staffs visualize parents data: When you are using eLuminar App, there are a couple of daily activities that you can do as attendance, sleeping and health checks,etc.. In all these activities, only children data are available for staff. If you want to staff has access to parents data, you need to check this box. It will allow staff see parents data.
Sleeping Checks Round per day: Define how many rounds of sleeping checks you and your staff are doing per day.
Code: In order to protect your financial information, you must define a passcode to access Billing & Cashflow pages.
Day to run Invoices: eLuminar automate invoices generation process. It means you can define the day of the month you want for invoices to be generated automatically. Automate process will get all children record with ACTIVE status and it will generate invoices for it.
